  • Managed to book tkts but only because I kept an 'old' window open which had access to the booking screen. Tried to get back in for mum's tickets but keep getting re-directed to timesonline.co.uk!

Good luck everyone - fingers crossed it will get sorted soon!
Was 158 tickets left for N Finchley few mins ago!

EDIT: Still not working!! Tried Mozilla and IE!! Either it re-directs back to timesonline or to the screenbookings 1st page! Grr!!!
  • I don't think they have managed to iron out all the tech bugs in the system so browser compatability issues - I do love things when they are 'new and improved'!
  • Has anyone else booked 2 tickets and had at the bottom of their confirmed e-mail ''admit 1 persons''. Worrying

For those of you that managed to get Shopoholic tickets, are you buying the paper today or is there somewhere from Timesonline you can print out?

    Thanks

Yes, it's the Sunday Times, usually in the 'Culture' section.

I was actually gonna ask that too. In the past I've heard you can just print it online and present that and it should be fine but jillsa put up a post saying that they've changed and now you HAVE to buy the newspaper and from the impression i got, the online one is no longer suffice.

The email I got has that in big capital letters and confirms what jillsa said. But then on the website, the articles terms and conditions say: "Each reader may claim up to two tickets. Readers who successfully book tickets must present this page and an email confirmation at the cinema on Tuesday" which implies that printing from the online paper is okay.

So I'm not sure... do we go and buy the paper or will the online print out (as accepted previously) be enough. Have they stopped accepting the online page?

For those who are looking for the online article, here's the link: http://entertainment.timesonline.co.uk/tol/arts_and_entertainment/film/screen/article5676371.ece
