Success In Discharging Fixed Penalty Notice!

discharging notices (which in legal terms mean 'invitation')
by knowing the difference between Statute Law/Acts and Common Law

Islington Parking Services were on the receiving end from a informed motorist
and promptly withdrew the charge after 2 weeks by letter (see full letters below)

John Harris also appeared on Edge TV on the Sky channel in december 08 advising people how to do
similar as well as avoid paying tax etc (which all fall under statute law which
applies to our 'fiction' or 'person' which in legal world means 'corporation' not
real human being- if we make the distinction under common law - as seen below -
they don't apply) -

I've removed the signature- cheers for the advice

    also

glad to see the tidal wave of replies to a post which shows revenue collecting
legal penalty notices can be discharged using proven lawful principles!

one post about my signature and one about the car reg

perhaps someone will post a complaint about the bottom letter being too large next ...

god forbid anyone should actually understand the implications of what this post is about

    hey ho
  • Slovan I realise what this means, well done :T - this is excellent.
I'd heard of this before but not seen the actual letters.
The type on the reply to the council is well fuzzy though, can you post a clear transcript of it please - as the exact wording is worth replicating perfectly.
I will spread the word if you do that - I promise you.
  • Where did you get this info?
We need to see if it can be applied to all the poor people getting re posessed, we need to expand and apply this to other situations.

the letter is from Robert Harris's site http://www.tpuc.org/

and he goes in to far more detail than this - you can also find a whole world out there of people doing this and providing detailed info which will blow your socks off

look up Rob Menards (freeman of teh land) free lectures on Video Google or youtube etc or lookup the freeman movement
