    Right:

I went to 035 today and purposely wrote down the OLD number on the slip. The till must have prompted the operator to use the NEW number, but I wasn't told it was a new number or anything. The NEW number was on my viewing slip.

Took 15 minutes for my other small items to come out, and handily the customer view was also in that batch. Got my items but the staff member put the view to one side and I could instantly see it was just a controller so I walked out without further enquiry.

Still not having much luck :(

They should be 567/2835 as 567/9546 does not exist anymore. They only thing I can think of is that they have manually adjusted 567/9546 back up...

    strange.......

    !!!!!!!!

    Cant happen

As part of the overnight processes any number that is "integrated" is done so then. This covers RTS and anything plused up etc. as long as 9546 is in stock it will be sold as 2835. just ask is there another version on the shelf, you never know what you will get....
