asda direct disaster

Hi, i am currently having major issues with asda direct, i have placed 3 orders and every single one has had problems with items either damaged or not delivered.

i am finding it very difficult to get each problem sorted when i phone the call center no one seems to have a clue whats going on.
i dont really know how to sort out the issues and wondered if anyone else has encountered problems with asda direct.

In the end, we decide if we're remembered for what happened to us or for what we did with it

i have now recieved after many phone calls etc recieved a £25 voucher not great but better than nothing!In the end, we decide if we're remembered for what happened to us or for what we did with it0
