Wrong Disk in a Boxset

I was given a boxset of the West Wing series as a present for christmas, in one if there series there were 2 disk 3s and no disk 4.
I do not know if the person who got me this still has the receipt and also the boxset was from Zavvi and I am not sure how easy it will be to get the set exchanged?
If they wont then would the manufactuer of the boxset exchange disks for me?
Any advice?
Thanks to everyone for any help.

I now this might not help but my son always opens every cellophane DVD box he gets as once he got home and opened one up and there was a disc missing. He went back to the shop he had to cause a fuss but they gave him a new DVD box and that one also didn't have a disc in.
He does get strange looks when he buys quite a few DVDs (in a sale of course).

just go back to the store closet you and ask for a replacment - then open the new box set whilst your in store to check that theres no problem there either0

Had a similar problem just before christmas I was unsure of the shop it had been purchased from so I just contacted the name on the back of the box (mine was sony) and they sent me a replacement, no problems at all
good luck0
