40 gb Playstation 3 Bundle £190 Instore @ Tesco

Playstation 3 40gb with Gran Turismo5 is currently £190 in store at Tescos.

Not sure that there's much stock around though but an excellent price if you can find one.

It's a great price if you find one, but don't expect to play playstation 1 or 2 games unless you pay for them to come dwon from the playstation store - only the 60gb model currently plays original discs, hence the stupid money that they're going for on fleabay

Yeah, i saw it on there too. Loads of people have tried but only one other person got it at that price(he was from York).

Not correct, all PS3's play PS1 games...........;)

All PS3's now play PS2 singstar games as long as you have a PS3 singstar game as well....;)

Not all PS3s will play PS1 games. Some will play, but Sony support none.

The 60gb is the only backwards compatible console

Please don't anyone take this the wrong way, but why would you want to play PS1 games on a PS3?
I loved my PS1 and in particular Destruction Derby. I played it for hours on end when I were a lad, but after downloading it form the PSstore and playing it I wondered why I was spending time playing old games.
Just curious so don't bite my head off!

Do not phone the store, they will not hold one for you. I tried, believe me. I managed to get the first one of the day, they aren't suspecting a big demand for them. Go straight to the back left of the store, at the electrical infomation desk.

Grab them while they're hot!

Lots of people will have old games they still like. Eg for me, PS1 Everybody's Golf is the best golf game I have ever played.
