    The cost depends on how many you are making, I want all 5 of us, so the clay has cost around £45, but there will be some left over.

    I found this site which is reasonable, works out cheaper than even ebay:

    All I did was decide how tall I wanted everyone to be, and cut strips of paper to size for measurning, and marked the gaps for the head and waist.

    Rolled out a sausage section for the body and shaped. Then made the dress - took a few attempts to get the skirt done lol.

    Then attached the head - I used a cocktail stick to strengthen it when attaching to the body.

    Hair next - that was fiddly. It's actually a nice yellow colour - it looks gold in the pic but that was just the light.

    Then the arms - two thin sausages, and I just pressed the ends flat for hands and drew finger marks with a cocktail stick. Roses were the easiest, thin flat strips rolled up and shaped a little.

    Then I just got my bead box and started decorating. It was fun actually - reminded me of my schooldays:rotfl:
