Thank you I'll re-do my SOA and see where that leaves me. I had only put down half the bills so will double them and include my partners income..

why not contact NDL 0808 808 4000 or CCCS 0800 138 1111 and go through it with an advisor. if you have a surplus and no real assets, could an IVA be possible?
if you work and cannot ring those guys in work hours (i dont know their opening hours) i know the CCCS website has a tool for you to fill in all your budget and debt details online, once that's done you are then able to speak to someone in more detail afterwards...0
