• Hi, try this link http://www.which.net/endowmentaction/complaint/index.html
(from a previous forum). I used the letter generator included and was successful. I have an endowment with Norwich Union which I took out through Nationwide in 1986. I completed the online letter and posted it to Norwhich Union. I received a reply within 8 days saying they had forwarded it to Nationwide as I had taken it out with them. Within 10 days I received an acknowledgement of the letter and that they were looking into the matter. Received a form to fill in requiring further information, before I returned the letter got notification I had been successful in my claim. 15 days later received an offer which I am accepting...Not sure about the cut off date..my advice have a go but make it quick..All the best...

That would indicate that they either couldnt find the file or could see that the documentation was not satisfactory and wouldnt stand up. So, no point holding it up.
