okay i have been having a look at the SOA and already i have questions. The minimum payments for unsecured debt, would that be what i am paying towards each through my DMP? Or the minimum payments they keep sending me out bills for?

I would probabaly say that it is for the bills they keep sending you. so the contractual monthly payments....
    hope this helps

The minimum payments that are on your credit card bills. The DMP could be going out of the window if you are planning on BR.

The SOA is to work out the true state of affairs.
