Went to two Boots stores this morning, went to Salford Regent Road first it opened at 8am and i was the only one there! Although i did see staff loading their own bags into cars whilst i was waiting for it to open, and seen them doing that again at the 2nd branch i visited - good for them!! Not a very good selection here really but managed to get the
    No7 travel bag £12.23
Mini Mode boys striped pj's £3.50
    trevor sorbie Hair duo £2.44
    John Freida blonde set £2.44

Next went to Manchester Fort whcih opened at 9am, about 4 people waiting to get in then got really busy. Quite a good choice here, got
    Totes socks set £2.93
Trevor sorbie colour to go £2.44
Boots rose hand wash/cream due £1.46 (this is lovely for the bathroom)
Navy posh cards 5 pck £1.22
    Multiwrap set £1.22
    No7 P&P set £12.23

Got 2 of the P&P sets but both were missing their label and had been rifled through but had all the contents intact. Got loads of cards and wrap cause love having posh stuff for next Christmas! All in all quite a successful trip. Couldnt face Market Street or Trafford Centre - i imagine they'll be quite a scrum!!
Biggest wins to date: XBox ~ iPod Touch ~ Prada Handbag worth £1000 ~

:TThanks to all that contribute to the Competitions Board:T
  • Have tried several times to order this morning with no luck. Not happy.

Didn't intend to get up in the early hours, but my littlun came down with the sickness bug, so I signed in inbetween cleaning up vomit and managed to place 2 orders without too much hassle - not really sure why I did though, as the things I really wanted disappeared from my basket - the p&p vanity sets and the grab bags. Got some 'kids friends' and birthday pressies sorted for the year for £90 with money I had in Paypal though, and only minor problems compared with most of you, but missed out on the things I'd wanted to treat me with!!

I went into town yesterday to check what Boots had, and was going to be camped outside for opening today for the last few p&p vanity sets and a few No7 sets they had - but obviously with littlun ill I've had to cancel that.

Ce La Vie. It's just a sale, isn't it.......? :(
