Corrr I can't believe all the problems people had, mine was relatively pain free at 4am!

Even managed to put in a second order of 4 things I hadn't noticed before.

Surprised what stock is still left on the website.

If it helps, I used Google Chrome to do my shopping.

Well, I'm glad I went to bed last night.

I'm not surprised it crashes when some people have £500 worth of stuff in their basket though. That's the annoying thing in store, a few people grabbing everything and no-one else gets a look in.

In fairness to Mr Boots, e-commerce has only been going in the UK for just over 10 years, give him time! ;):p

    Morning Ladies

I hope that the Boots fairy has been kind to you all!

I decided not to order online and popped into a large boots on my way to work this morn.

In everybodies haste to get a bargin people seems to have lost common curtousey and manners. I was pushed and shoved and at times raced to grab a product on the shelf.

I hope that there were not any MSE'ers in the rude lot i ran unto this morning...I ended up fed up with people that I picked up a few bits and then left as I couldnt be bothered with peoples bad attitudes!

    Rant over!

totally agree with you there. I experienced the same in my Boots, people ramming into each other with trolleys piled full of overflowing shoppping baskets, no manners and rude people.
I did one good deed and gave away the last No 7 overnight bag to a helpful SA who asked me if there were any more. TBH I was trying to decided whether I could justify it and as I'd got the fcuk OOTW I decided against it.

Just back from Oxford Cornmarket Street. There were around 15-20 people waiting for it to open when I arrived at 8:20am  Didn't think there was much hope of getting anything I had wanted but managed to get everything on my list :D :j :j :j
Everyone was very polite and civilised- certainly no pushing or shoving like others had experienced elsewhere

I looked out for Iieee but couldn't see anyone with a pushchair!

There was a fair bit of stock and it was going quite quickly. By the time I left at 9:25 it was quite busy. Hopefully they will have more stock to put out- they definitely did last year and with sales being lower etc this year I would have thought they may well have more goodies to come out in the stock room.

Burnt my points and a £10 voucher from valued opinions and only had to pay £1.97 real money :D :j Got some lovely bits for Birthday and Christmas presents so I am so chuffed and excited :D :j

Thanks to all for info on sale dates etc, I am one very happy bunny :D

Hope everyone gets what they are after- good luck peeps :A
