Oh dear...didn't know this about the points only staying on your card for 12 months!!! Can anyone confirm that is correct? I have £175 to spend on Wednesday in the 75% sale but if I don't spend them all, I'll buy stuff to re-sell with the points before the expire

I think its only uncollected points that disappear after 12 months, if you don't use an ACM. I'm pretty sure the rest of your points are safe

I think they meant that if your .com order points aren't collected from an AC machine within 12 months they disappear, not that the points already on your card expire.

Mine was a sort of duffle bag thingy, crammed full with No 7 products, marked up at £25, got it for £2.50 - Oh for the Good Ol' Days, when we had sales .......................

Calm down chuck, if the points are on your card they are fine, its points from .com orders that can be collected from machines instore up to 12 months after you made order.
