I have been reading your useful posts for quite a while now and finally summoned the courage to post myself (not that you are scary but you are all so knowledgeable and I am just starting off).
Just wanted to mention that you can get 3.5% cashback off your Boots online shopping if you click through to the site via the link on the Topcashback site (www.topcashback.co.uk; you need to register first, of course, but it is free). I haven't tried it out myself, yet, but I definitely will once the elusive 75% sale finally starts.

I did my first small bootsing trip yesterday as I finally found some reduced No7 stuff to use my blinkie on. The No7 Protect&Perfect shimmering Lip&Eye sunscreen sticks were reduced to £3.08 each. I bought two to make full use of my blinkie and when I got to the till the friendly SA pointed out that they were on 342, so went back to the aisle to get another one. So I got three for £1.08 and a blinkie- I was well chuffed (and so was my husband when I told him about it) (I know it is hardly worth mentioning compared to all your clever bootsing trips but I suppose one has to start somewhere)

Yeah it goes through free, if you go to a manned till you might want to disguise it with a cheap item or if your store has SS tills even better

So did I get a new L'Oreal GWP without a L'Oreal purchase today? The GWP I got was a square white zip bag, with 3 Derma Genesis minis and a hairband in. It also scans at £0.00, and no L'Oreal purchase was needed .

I find that sometimes its best "remind" the SA that you have spent over £5 as some seem reluctant to give you one :rolleyes: though on the SS tills i find that they dont give you one unless you ask for it now anyway and they always go to the main tills to get one rather than have them on standby IYSWIM. If you have your receipt just go in and say that you've spent over £5 and didnt get one they should give you one without no questions.
