    lol good going

i have only the one fair booked this week but was talking to another girl yesterday and i might tak ryan into holding one in th eback section of the coffee shop although at the minute its only access by stairs as the lift isnt in yet but its a possability plus ryan still has one half of the coffee shop free and will get more customers in for him aswell. will need to look at the tables as we ony havethe small square ones but i willsee if the priamry school or hall will lend us some

just an idea for an event in the new year

Not a bad idea belle.....its on the main road so lots of tourism:)
Im just wondering if I could borrow an elf;) to stand on the main Rd pointing and directing people to it:rolleyes: Big signs shouldnt be hard to paint to put on the roundabout and down near McCalls.......then you have passing trade coming from the mace!! Could be good!!:T

Let me know if your OH agrees to it:rotfl:

Just heard from Rowallen.....they are fully booked for this weekend:(
I suppose if your not in you cant win, Clare has put me on the list though.....so maybe thats something!
Right, gotta get emailing more people for craft fair availability!!

  • No mumoffour hubby stayed at home with kids as they have been neglected a lot lately :(, though my 17 year old daughter came with me and wore one of my masks which sold out, she is a great sales women. I thought I had a fair on Thursday but turns out it was 2 weeks ago which i missed and had paid for grr.

Choco so glad you did well and you sound sooo busy, get busy cleaning them machines lol.

Belle hope OH lets you have your wee fair sounds a perfect idea good luck

My OH suggested we hire somewhere and have our own craft fair and divided the hall cost among ourselves and don't charge people in. I thought that was a good idea and something maybe to look at next year. Let me know what you think.

I am organising a craft fair next year in my Church which is really big and will be a big success, so I hope you all can attend and I will forward details to you when I get sorted out.

Away to clean my dirty house lol, take care xxx

  • Glad to hear you did well at he Argory Choco. I was in the stables! Boy was it cold but you had warned me and I had sooooooo many clothes on I was like the michelan man!!! The only cold bit was really my feet. Think I would request the marquee next time..............yes I've acyually found one that I might go back to!!!!!!! Did quite well.

Enjoyed Ballance House, my best so far. It just seems to differ for different people at the various events. Was glad to be inside. Sorry Rach that you were put out.

Anyway it has certainly been an experience and I've really enjoyed meeting all you lovely people:j Whether I venture next year or not remains to be seen!!!

I daresay by the time Easter comes round I'll be ready to go again. I met one lady who does the Fairs in England and she says that they are beginning to improve over there again so I guess ours will eventually get better too.

Thats me finished for a while now but I'll keep checking on site for news and chat.

Hope everyone has a brilliant Christmas.

Aw, have a great Christmas Bead Mad and hope to see you soon x Yes, Ballance House was ok but as you say I was a bit peeved that having been originally allocated a table inside I was met by another stallholder on my arrival and told oh, hope you don't mind I've swapped with you to be beside my sister / have come all the way from England etc etc or in other words I'm now in the warm and you are in the barn!! After saying that we had great craic out there and I did ok over the day so nothing a nice hot bath and a glass of wine couldn't fix! This week I have: Ballymacash Primary in Lisburn on Thursday nite, Meadowbridge Primary in Maze Friday nite, Rathfriland on SAturday and Slieve Croob on Sunday (OMG Belle, not looking forward to that one any more am so fed up of being cold and wet!!) so.... busy week - anyone doin any of the above that I can look out for?
Life's a box of beads - rainbow coloured and full of surprises!:D
