Can I just check.....if I want to return a purchase made online I need to pay for the postage costs?

That is ridiculous! I have 3 pairs to return, all bought in the sale. The postage will be more than the shoes were! I'm no-where near a branch so this is the only way for me

I ordered my sale shoes 10 days ago and they STILL haven't shipped them, even though they're still showing as 'in stock' on the website. Annoying, but still..they were a bargain so i'm not too annoyed! Thanks for original post!

For anyone who likes the Office Puffin Boots...I really hate mine..I think they are horrid, and cheaply made:o ..................Ethel Austin do a Boot that looks very much like Puffin..but appears to be a litttle more.................... well finished.
I think they are about £8.00 with the discount they have on at the mo HTH someone priced out of the Ugg/Emu debate.:D

Ok, I just got an e-mail, 10 days after I ordered my shoes saying that due to high demand they can't send them and that I will be refunded. Not entirely sure why it has taken them 10 days to figure this out, or why they have been showing as 'in stock' still.

I think they are Ok - worth the £10 I paid (they are certainly better quality than the primarni version!), but I would be gutted if I'd paid £50 for them.

On the other hand, I love the other pair I bought, perfect for work and well worth the money:D

I got my Altogether Now black leather ankle boots today, the other two pairs are still "pending". Gorgeous boots though, they will be excellent for me because I'm not used to heels so the grip on the sole will save me from a few embarassing slip-ups I'm sure. The leather is SO soft! I'm very pleased with them, thanks again OP.

I phoned Office today and apparently I will not be getting my other two boots even though they were in stock at the time... ah well, I still adore the pair I did get.

Hi Ems, I just ordered these, they look great! What sort of colour are they in real life? It says grey on the site but they look brown in the photo
