    Evening, all this dentistry talk has reminded me that I've got an appointment tomorrow afternoon. I hadn't really forgotten, was just trying to _pale_

    BB, are you going to make an appointment, it's quite a while since I've been :whistle: I've even joined Tesco dental insurance in readiness for claiming back some of what I'll have to pay :eek:

    Lenny, at least you left the stuff, rather than shoplifting it ;) you could have left your genuine Breitling as security.

    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
