    We try to have at least 2 - 3 new recipes a month. Doesn't sound like much, but hey, works for us. If I'm feeling quite energetic, I'll add 1 -2 more. But keeping in mind that new recipe doesn't always mean a hot meal - sometimes it's biscuits, sweet bread, or snacky things like breadsticks.

    The Grocery Challenge is great - although I've been slack on that recently. Gotta get back into it myself.

    Although I try to have a main meal daily every now and then I drop in a 'light' meal -beans on toast, scrambled egg on toast, soup and HM bread, jacket potatoes with beans / tuna mayo / grated cheese etc. I also use these meals as lunches together with left-overs of the previous nights meal (if any) I have even started to plan to have left-overs! I
