You can claim for up to four loaves of Hovis Wholemeal, Hovis Farmhouse Wholemeal and/or Hovis

Nimble Wholemeal bread (any combination) at purchase price only up to a maximum of £6.50 (

€8.00)

- equivalent to four loaves plus second class postage at 24p (

€0.78). The purchase(s) for an individual

challenge must be made within a two week period during the promotion which runs from the 5th

January 2009 to 28th February 2009 inclusive.

Hovis Wholemeal Challenge Terms and Conditions:

1. Offer applies to residents of the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland aged 18 or over, except employees
of the promoter, its agents, anyone professionally associated with the promotion or their immediate families.
2. Offer is available on all promotional bags of Hovis Wholemeal, Hovis Farmhouse Wholemeal and Hovis Nimble Wholemeal
bread only.
3. The purchase(s) for an individual challenge must be made within a two week period during the promotion which runs from
05.01.09 to 28.02.09 inclusive.
4. To take part in the Hovis Wholemeal Challenge simply switch from 2 slices of white to 2 slices of wholemeal bread as part of
your daily routine. As part of a healthy balanced diet, you will begin to feel healthier because the fibre in the wholegrain helps
you feel fuller for longer so less temptation to snack, and eating wholegrains regularly over a long period of time can improve
your heart health.
5. By taking part in this Offer participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
6. The Offer entitles customers, who have bought up to four loaves of Hovis Wholemeal, Hovis Farmhouse Wholemeal and/or
Hovis Nimble Wholemeal bread only to claim a refund on the purchase price of the product if they did not begin to feel healthier
after making the switch from white to wholemeal bread over the two week period.
7. Internet access is required to download the claim form. To apply for your refund you must complete the official claim form
available at https://www.hoviswholemealchallenge.com and state (min. 15 words) why you feel switching to Hovis Wholemeal, Hovis
Farmhouse Wholemeal and/or Hovis Nimble Wholemeal bread hasn’t helped you begin to feel healthier, attach the original
promotional bag(s), and the till receipt(s) showing the purchase of the promotional product(s) within a two week period and send
to: Hovis Wholemeal Challenge, PO Box 1079, Hemel Hempstead, HP1 1GY. The closing date for receipt of applications
is 14.03.09. Refund will be on purchase price only, up to a maximum of £6.50 (€8.00) - equivalent to four loaves, plus
second class postage at 24p (€0.78). Payment will be made by cheque payable to the person named on the application. A cash
alternative is not available. Please allow 28 days for delivery of the cheque.
8. The Promoter retains sole discretion to withhold any refund without liability if in its view the participant does not meet the
necessary requirements as set out in these terms and conditions or the application is invalid for any reason.
9. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for damaged, delayed or lost applications. Photocopies will not be accepted.
A maximum of one claim only is permitted per household.
10.This promotion does not affect your statutory rights.
