Making money post BR

Hi guys, I went BR in November 07 but continue to run my online business obviously in the name I used at the time of my BR. Anyway, I need to up my income a bit so have decided to sell off some of my belongings/books etc. Does this money have to be declared to the OR. Also, as it's not business money I'm assuming I don't include it for my tax return? Just need to make sure I don't make any mistakes

If it's your own stuff you're selling it will be fine, as long as you haven't suddenly found assets worth £1000's under the bed you forgot to tell the or about ;)

You are discharged now so you don't need to say anything. Make as much money as you like - it will be all yours to keep (except the amount you share with the tax man!).
