Netbook or Ipod touch, where cheapest
minority

I am in a dilemma, I want something portable and functional.
I am considering either buying a ipod touch 32gb to pop movies and surf on with wifi when away with work or buying a samsung nc10 netbook to do the above but also have the possibility to do extra activities on.
I am wondering if you can help make my mind up which one to get and also where is the cheapest (with any discount codes going).
The cheapest I have found both are on dixons, also helps with the 2.5% reduction at the moment.
the samesung nc10 is 311 and I could get PCworld to price match dixons(do they also take extra off).
the ipod is around £267 (but has issue that I need to convert everything from divx to ipod supported format but handy for music on the move...without needing something to carry it.
