Times Online Fly to New York

Hi,
I've received a leaflet from Timesonline entitled "Fly to New York and only pay for the taxes and charges". Inside it says "congratulations, your one of 2000 lucky Times Online readers who has been successful in applying for our New York Flight offer"
I think I entererd a comp to win a holiday, do you think this is a runners up prize?
I've just rescued a dog and so don't think I'll be able to use it, do you think it will be transferrable to someone else??
