2-for-1 Vue Cinema for a year for £10 with Alpha

Open an Alpha Telecom account, top it up with £10 and you'll get a 2-for-1 at Vue cinema pass. The pass is valid until 31/01/2007 and can be used as often as you like, any day. Can anyone use this card or do you specifically have to put in on one persons name, and will they ask for ID if someone else uses it?

Anyone know whether you can use QuidCo as a cashback referral and get that £10 back and still get the pass as well?
