Morning all :hello:
I was woken up at 4.30 by DSno3.
I have since got up, swept & mopped the floors, unstacked the dishwasher and laid the breakfast table.
I have so far resisted eating any "forbidden" foods (Christmas cake etc), and have managed to stick to a proper breakfast!
I AM going to get my refund from Sainsburys today, come hell or high water! I need to go to the shop apparently! (why didn't they say that in the first place?).
The CSA payment went in today so I am no longer overdrawn (ta sainsburys).
The only downside to today is that my thermometer is currently showing -8C!

Morning SRM and all other DFW's!
So glad about your CSA payment - that should be a weight off your mind. I'm lucky I don't have to pee about with them - ex has always been good about paying me directly. GL with Sainsbury's!
I've got busy day today with 3 mystery shops but should earn £30 for an hours work as all 3 places close together! One is fast food though so won't help my diet! Then I have a PTA meeting.
I don't need to leave the house until 12:45pm today so hopefully it should warm up by then! I don't like cold.0 -

Morning all
Was quite cold but again no ice to scrape off the car but I did have some cat paw prints on the windscreen so I put the wipers on and flicked the switch to have water on the windscreen which promptly froze smearing ice over the windscreen:mad:
Dropped my brother at work again this morning as his car is poorly - he reckons it's terminal so he's looking into buying a new car for himself.
let's hope it's a good one for all of us.
RM - good luck at Sainsbury's
Caroline - good luck with MS jobs
Gemmzie - hope you can get it all fixed
halight - great result on the quidco payment - you've reminded me to start the daily clicks again.

Morning all :hello:
I'm kind of in shock - so far today I have fed the cat, made porridge, made tea, made Hubbles' lunch, got ready for work AND got to work 15 minutes early rather than 10 minutes late. I even managed proper make up that Bunny would be proud of me for:A . Doesn't sound like much compared to SRM but for someone who barely manages to fall out of bed with enough time to get washed and dressed, never mind make breakfast or put slap on, it feels like a bit of a minor miracle:p
Midwife this afternoon so day 2 of 10 is a half day:j only down side is they want MORE of my blood (last lot 'inconclusive' so they want to take every time to 'monitor the position' as I'm still itching a lot and still quite tired and weepy...). Hubbles is coming along too. He says for moral support for bloods but I reckon its more to hear the heartbeat again:p
Have a good one everybody

My to do list is so long today but I've already cracked on and:
1) booked Chalky (little black cat) in to the vet's to be neutered
2) emailed the council and had a reply about the broken streetlight outside my parent's house - they'll fix it within five days... I've made a note and the clock it ticking down!!!
3) contacted IT and author about broken links in online tutorials that students are complaining of not working
things to do is still a long, long list...DFW Nerd Club #545 Dealing With Our Debtnever attribute anything to malice which can be adequately explained by stupidity, [paranoia or ignorance] - ZTD&[cat]
