Hi
I've got debts of about £25k excluding about £4k left on HP for my car...
I'm with payplan. I've got a relative who has come into a bit of money - and I suspect he may soon share some.
Now... out of interest... I'm with PayPlan and making my payments of less than £500 per month at the moment - what is a fair amount to offer my creditors for full & final settlement? Would it really matter if I got a partial settlement offer in return from them - seeing as my credit rating is defunct from defaults anyway. I guess I'm looking at percentage terms - would 50% be fair or would they be likely to accept less? Only 1 of my creditors has passed it onto a debt collector - and I know these are a lot easier to negotiate settlements with.
Would be interested to hear what you think
Thanks all
