Where can I buy diluted hydrochloric acid?

Diluted hydrochloric acid is urgently needed to remove metal rust. Where can I buy it in Manchester? Many thanks.

    Try an old car battery!!!!!!! Pour the battery acid into a bucket of water and hey presto you have got yourself some diluted battery acid. I think that battery acid is hydrochloric acid.

    DISCLAIMER ... I am not a pro so I wouldn't try this at home!!

    Having said that don't the pro's use sand blasting to remove rust???

    CORRECTION .... I've just been told that battery acid is mainly sulpuric acid and is usually mixed in a ratio of 1part concentrate to 4 parts water. Even though it is diluted it is still very very corrosive.

    Battery acid is dilute sulhphuric acid, but I would advise against this method of rust removal. Better to go to a motor factors and buy a rust converter which will remove rust safely and form a good surface to prime etc.
