What a way to hit my 100th Post on MSE !!!!
Dear Customer,
Regarding your recent order for Pokemon Colosseum GameCube Bundle.
As you will recall we were unable to process your order for this product as the stock was not available from our suppliers.
We emailed you to this effect on 19 November and cancelled your order. However, since then we have been working with our supplier and the manufacturer of this product to try and find some stock in the hope of satisfying your original order.
We are delighted to report that, whilst the original product remains unavailable in the UK, we have managed to create an equivalent special bundle (including Nintendo Gamecube console, joystick, Pokemon Colosseum game and memory card) and that we are able to offer you this bundle at the original quoted price of £34.99.
Due to the limited stock, only one bundle per customer can be supplied.
To take advantage of this offer and to re-order the bundle please reply to this email, leaving the subject line unchanged, stating that you would like a new order to be placed on your behalf.
To ensure that we are able to process your order please follow the instructions and notes below:
INSTRUCTIONS AND NOTES
1. To take advantage of this offer you must respond by email by midday Friday 17th December 2004
2. Please allow 30 days delivery time and note that deliveries WILL NOT ARRIVE IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS
