business accounts to give to the OR, HELP NEEDED

I didn't take anything at all pertaining to either my sole trader business or limited company. I was asked if I had records and I said they were on my computer and that was it. My computer has since crashed (ltd co information was on there) and I finally threw out all my paper accounts for sole trader business just last week - de-cluttering to sell house! If they do need the sole trader business accounts they can go to my ex accountant (who was also creditor in BR!).
