Is it just me or has anybody noticed the prices went up since this morning...The marble run is now £20.99 when I am sure it was £10..I ordered the basketball hoop thing and that's gone up £1 since this morning

oh dear I went through the link and placed my order and printed off my order etc..It let me place my order with my account number etc...I haven't even got an account with Kays...I use Kays lifestyle.....Will I still get my order....It shows the price as in kays on my order for the basketball hoop thing??

I've just realised that there appears to be two different websites:

www.kays.com , where you can get the marble run for £10, and

www.kayslifestyle.co.uk, where the marble run is indeed £20.99!

Anyone know what's the difference between these two websites?

I've learnt over the past 2 or 3 months that these companies do not seem to have improved their ordering systems at the same rate as the increase in on-line business.

I suggest you phone the 'orderline' number on your order. Check also if there is a non-0870 number (SAYNOTO0870).

They're usually very helpful in sorting out orders - to ensure you get it at the lower price. But they're not so good at ensuring deliveries!

just phoned Kays lifestyle...even thoough I don't have an account with Kays.com my order has still gone through????? The hoop to hoop is £64.99 on amazon so it's a bargain at £20 then the 30% discount code I added to take it down to £14....Bargain!...I will put it away for xmas...Don't know where to store it thouhgh the hubby will go mad...
