Hold on - why do they have to pay 2 lots. The non BR person already owns their equity so I thought they just had to pay for the BR's equity which would be £1 plus solicitor's fees.

So: if two BR people share a house (me and hubby) do we have to buy one lot, or two lots of the equity? i.e one or two payments of £288 plus £1 for negative equity.
