Terms for the Competition*

1. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Any person or persons connected with Hamptons Estates Limited (trading as Hamptons International) ("Hamptons International"), Hamptons Interior Solutions or InDiGo Interiors including families, agents, or anyone else involved in the administration of this offer, are not eligible to enter.
2. All entries must be received by midnight January 7th, 2009.
3. Each entrant who provides their contact details to enter the competition agrees to be contacted by Hamptons International and its group companies. All valid entries will go into the draw. Hamptons International does not make any warranty or representation as to the standard of service or product to be provided by InDiGo Interiors and shall not be liable in any way for any services or products provided by InDiGo Interiors.
4. The prizes are as follows: an exclusive interior design consultation and £1,500 worth of products. The winner can choose from all InDiGo products available at time of house consultation. Products are subject to availability.
   There will be one entry per person and one winner selected. The decision of Hamptons International as to the winner will be final.
5. No purchase is necessary to enter this competition.
6. The prize must be accepted as offered (there is no cash alternative) and is non-transferable and non-refundable. We reserve the right to require proof of age and/or identity of the winner.
7. The winner will be selected at random on January 8th, 2009 and the winner will be notified by email or post within 7 days. Events may occur that render the competition itself or the rewarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Hamptons International and accordingly we may at our absolute discretion vary or amend the competition and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to us as a result thereof.
8. Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn after 28 days of the original draw.
9. Hamptons International reserves the right to replace the prize with a product of equal value, if necessary.
10. Details of the winner may be posted on the Hamptons World website.
11. By entering this competition, you automatically agree to the terms and conditions above.
12. These terms shall be governed by English law and any dispute arising herefrom shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
