  • Bit peeved off on this one - anyone else have the same problems?

Ordered this item after seeing the post on here (6th Jan) got an email saying out of stock but would be back in 20th Jan. Got a couple of emails explaining delays which culminated in an email on the 3rd Feb. saying they were unable to obtain the item and my order was cancelled.

Today (14/02)I received a mail from Amazon saying that they were receiving stock of this watch on Wed 11th Feb. & would I like to purchase the watch at the price of £48.92 - £8.99 more expensive than I had originally ordered it at.

    Not happy:mad:

We got cancellation email after amazon said they couldn't get hold of the watch. Won't be happy if that's the case - tempted to call and complain.

  • Rates of exchange are playing havoc with the prices of imports (and exports) recently...
Thanks to all who post constructively.

Thanks for that Simplyton - going to give it a whirl and see what they say. I think my H will order it at the original price but not at the new higher price (although it has gone down a little to £44.99 today).
