did not get full amount from csa

I have checked my online bank account and the amount from the csa is about 40% down on what my ex paid. He paid the full amount on 22/12. Why has this happened? The amount is correct with no incorrect payment or adjustments due etc.
How long before I get the correct amount?

They may have taken some out to clear any outstanding arrears, but they are supposed to pay full maintenance first. If you are confident the NRP paid the full amount, you need to chase the caseworker to find out why its not been paid in full.0

Any arrears should be paid to me. I am not, or ever have been, on benefit and receive the full amount paid to the csa. The csa has always paid me the amount my ex has paid and no extra.0

I received a letter the other day from the CSA detailing the new monthly amounts I must pay for 2009. Instead of it staying as a fixed mothly sum it was down about £75 for January's payment ad then ack up to ormal for he next 10 months and final payment in Decemer.
They did something similar last year and it caused prolems between my ex ad I. Although I had paid to the CSA what I usually Paid they oly paid to myex what their new monthly amount should be. They returned money to me then when ex complained they said that they cold oly pay her what I paid to them!
This year, as I say,January's payment is down by about £75.I have paid my normal amount.
And another thing; on the new yearly account they say that I am in arrears because of the first payment being down by £75 so they have made this shortfall up yadding it to the next 10 payments. It is indeed bizarre to say the least!
Why can't they work out the anual amount due and divide it by 12 so that everybody knows where they are?
Maybe this has happened to your ex's payment to you?0 -
