goodluck with tm
it really isnt as bad as you think it will be
the stressfull part is filling in the forms.
you get there wait about abit the person calls you into the office checks the forms sends you back out to wait then either takes you into the judge(as they did with me) all he said was are you sure br is what you want to do i said yes and he said fine your br. if you dont need to see the judge they just bring you your paperwork out explain what it says on the paperwork then send you home
and thats it really so nothing to worry aboutIf you want to see the rainbow ,you gotta put up with some rain0 -

You are definitely not alone in here.....going bankrupt is a big step and a step most of wish we didn't have to take:rolleyes: but, once done, for the majority of posters it has been a step in the right direction and no where near as bad or as stressful as what went on before:D.....so Good Luck for tomorrow:beer: and Best Wishes for a new debt free start to 2009:T:hello: :jEternal Optimist:j:hello:BR 22.09.08:staradmin BSC Member 201:staradmin0
