To save the NHS funds, I should think the pack is emailed.

when you register, at the last stage it says:


"Simply enter a few details below, and we will send you a free welcome Pack - to help kickstart your Change4Life in the best way possible"

and then it asks for your name, address, etc.

Then at the bottom of the form is some ticky boxes, and it says "please keep post ticked to received your welcome pack"

So you do get a pack, by registering and giving them your name and address, and it isnt emailed its posted!

Yes only for England.. it said to visit Scotland NHS if you in Scotland.. not sure if they are doing it tho?
