Just watch their faces!!!!How to find a dentist.
1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.
4. Only book initial appointment when you find a place you are happy with.0 -
Spendless wrote:marmite_pale_ . I suppose he might like it  We already eat wholemeal bread. Might try a banana sandwich instead (no butter).
So my banana and marmite sandwich is good for me?They are yummy
Wahey, I'm healthy. One of my girls likes marmite, the other likes bananas - shame they dont both like both
Thanks for all the advice Toothsmith.Sometimes it's important to work for that pot of gold...But other times it's essential to take time off and to make sure that your most important decision in the day simply consists of choosing which color to slide down on the rainbow...0 -
Perfect thread - having worked out we spend a small fortune on cereal bars, etc, spent a weekend making flapjacks for 9yr old who then decided he didn't like them! I WISH I could get him to take fruit of veg but he flatly refuses - mainly because of the hassle of eating when he'd rather play. He's vegetarian so he does get a lot of that stuff in his meals anyway. Raisins and sultanas are ok and slices of 'healthy' cake are popular but I could really do with some more ideas too.
Naan breads, bread sticks are possibilities which I hadn't thought of before0
