Hi all,
Back again to ask for help!
I'm trying to book some theatre tickets, or at least see which tickets are available, but I can't get on to the bookings page.
http://www.delfont-mackintosh.com/ is the homepage.
When I click the Mamma Mia link on the left, or select from the drop down Buy Tickets menu it takes me to http://www.delfontmackintosh.co.uk/Tickets/MammaMia.php
When I click on the 'Buy Mamma Mia! Tickets Now' link or the 'Book On-line With Theatre' box at the bottom of the page it just takes me back to the homepage.
I've asked someone else to try and they had no problem, so I guess it's something to do with my settings.
Any ideas what the problem could be? I'm using Firefox 3.0.5, but I've tried IE7 and had the same problem. Cookies & Pop-ups are blocked, but I've put their address in the Exceptions box. O/S is Vista Home Premium.

I tried and it gave me a general error and this:
"BOX OFFICE: 0844 482 5138"
We are sorry, but an error has occurred whilst trying to process your request:
Please go back and try again or phone our box office on 0844 482 5138"
Give them a ring and that way you will be assured also.. Use a credit card!

Thats more than likely your problem. It works okay on my FF 3.05.
I get the booking screen at the Prince of Wales Theatre okay (not gone any further (EDIT: just went through and could book seats okay))
The cookie from the domain is from delfont-mackintosh.com
The page handling the ticket booking is
tickets.delfont-mackintosh.com.

Thanks. That's fixed it.
Just realised, one address is .co.uk the other is .com . I'd only unblocked the .co.uk address.
I probably will phone to book. I just like to see what's available first, and I always use my credit card - cash-back and all that!0 -
Thanks for the thanks VM and good luck.. A GREAT show indeed! :j0
