text REWARD & they will reply with what you reward will be,i have a cointract with them & sent a txt & they replied that i would get 10% back on any top ups for the next 3 mths .. so only applicable to pay as you go

Instead of texting you can ring 313 free from your O2 mobile and follow the automated service (Press 1 to claim your reward)

Don't talk to me about O2 Treats.

I'm supposed to get an extra 20 mins a month for 3 months but they keep cancelling the treat after two months. They acknowledge there's a problem, reinstate the treat, occasionally give me a bill credit .... and then have the cheek to offer to investigate and leave me a voicemail to say there isn't and has never been a problem with my treats. The saga has been dragging on for over a year!

Anyone know if O2 Ireland offer rewards and treats like O2 UK?.. I have an Irish pay and go sim for work that I top up every few months, cant find any info if its available on my Irish sim
