Free BP Gold Car Wash with £20 mobile topup

Hi,
I found this in our local BP Filling station in London when I went for a car wash, "Free BP Gold Car Wash with a £20 mobile topup".
They can print a mobile topup voucher for use later but you need an eTopup Card if you want to topup tesco mobile (available free from tesco checkouts).
