    What are the cheapest Quorn and can you buy frozen as well as fresh do you think? I've used the frozen "mince" before for a spag bol, very acceptable.

  • Quorn slices are on sale in Tesco at the moment on BOGOF. (2 for £2). They taste a bit like luncheon meat (sorry for swearing lol) and are very low in calories.
    All credit cards paid off.
