I did send this via PM to a Board Mod (who has been online and posting since I sent it) but have had no reply.
I was wondering if you would be able to offer me advice on a matter concerning a non-ebay auction website. They say that I owe them fees but where I am concerned I had paid up and didnt owe them anything. This has been going on since August 2008 and I have left the site now and not bothered logging back on. Too much case of management asking for opinions on how to take the site forward and then doing sweet F A about it and this had been going on for well over a year.
I have got the topic saved - as I ended up having an arguement with one of the Mod's as he said I owed money and I said I didnt. The payment times and methods are all noted on this file but its 96kb and would get rather hard to re-post on the forums in the context that everything was said.
I want to end this matter now and tell them to get lost. If I owe them money then I'll send them a postal order via recorded delivery and leave it at that but Im sure its their system getting it wrong.
Would anyone be willing to have a look at it for me and see what you think I should do ?
