Depends - this is a how long is a piece of string type question. What and how much do you want to buy?
Do you only want 'branded products' like Night Nurse or are you prepared to buy exactly the same product without the branding (generic) and save money (you need to look at the ingredients to do this)? Is the brand important to you - ie, nurofen rather than generic ibuprofen?
Do you want to collect points and benefit from 3 for 2 type deals?
I've always found it is swings and roundabouts on pharmacy products depending on what you buy. No pharmacy is consistently cheaper. In fact, online pharmacies like Chemist Direct can be cheaper (even taking into account the postage) particularly if you buy generic products.
You seem to like Asda - I've always found the generic products in Asda's pharmacy quite reasonable.
PS I know Night Nurse is probably just an example but, save your money, it is simply a triumph of marketing and is just one of the 'designer labels' of the pharmacy world. A hot drink, paracetemol/ibuprofen and a generic decongestent will do you just as much good.0 -

99% of the time i avoid hype of brands like Night Nurse- but there seems to be anecdotal consistency in it's claims as a sleep aid (i am not using it for flus or colds ) tried lots of other stuff but no effect(Piriton is supposed to "knock you out" but doesn't work for me) - so hence working my way up reluctantly to pricier options like Night Nurse.
