Hitachi Finance Loan
Hi,
I been to DFS to get a Softa and applied for a finance through Hitachi, this was about a wk ago. I contacted DFS to check the progress and they told me that loan through Hitachi has been declined but I have been accepted through Blackhorse.
Not very happy becasue 2 personal loan seraches would have applied to my credit report.
The loan was for 2.5k - and i was superised that Hitachi declined me becasue I have not been refused for credit elsewhere. I have no late payment marks, defaults, CCJs etc.
Is there anyway I can find out why Hitachi declined me? Has anyone got there credit department phone number?
