Anyone purchased an heirloom bed?

These seem like excellent quality, handmade, solid wood and so on....alos cheaper than many high street retailers for much nicer looking sleigh beds. I would be interested to know if anyone has one of these, the quality of the bed, service and generally if they are pleased with it? They seem too good to be true I suppose!
