i just had a missed call and message from them saying there is a problem and i have to call them back! I'm guessing they will not honor them and cancel them

I got a phonecall from them about half an hour ago, they said that i used a £20 off coupon which is not intended for use against sale items and that it was in their terms and conditions. So my order has been cancelled, was worth a try though :T

I commented early on in the thread that there was a problem putting my order through.

Well I just noticed that some of the earrings from £50 down to £15 are available again so i tried to place an order using the original code and it says i can only use that code if i actually spend £50 first. I hope the orders come through for those of you who managed to place your orders.

the £15 earings, i got the star ones and then ordered another set for my sisters birthday but they will only honor one of them and refund the money for the other order

They havent took any money from my account yet as I just checked, and I didn't provide a phone number so they can't call me.

I did only order one set of earrings, so hope they honor mine.
