"Google Cash" is this a new scam?

I have recently come accross ads on facebook which linked me to a few sites each offering this "new" google earning method where you can make up to £5k per month all you have to do is buy this ebook for about £1-2 and start.
They say it has something to do with posting "links" on Google and earning money from it even if the person doesn't buy the products.
So I did some more investigation worked out from forums etc... that it has something to do with adwords and other PPC advertising systems.
The Sites i've visited are persinal ones explaining this product end up linking me by an affiliate link to another site where this product is based
And there's quite a few of these sites out there now. People who have bought this product have said that they've not really earned from it (in forums etc...) and that they are just putting Google in front of the name to sell the product.
What I've worked out is that it's not the google cash product itself but these affiliate links to this google cash system, so the only winners at the end of the day are the original affiliate advertisers and whoever set up this system in the 1st place
I've posted this as a warning and also to see if anyone know anymore about this sort of thing?

Who really thinks that if you could make 5000 a month from any scam, sorry, scheme, they would waste their time selling it to you for £1 or £2?0
-
is it scam or no scam, i think it a scam0
-
most things you have to pay for is a scam it sounds like one, like has been posted before if they are really making 5000 a month they would not sell it for a few pounds0
-
They sell it for a few pounds and then make a commission from whatever's in the ebook.
It's possible to make the £5K a month through the systems they teach but not easily and I'll bet only 1% of people do. The info is usually freely available if you searched.0 -
this is quite a common scheme that a lot of people are doing.
you basically find something to promote that has an affiliate, create adwords pointing directly (direct linking) to that company with your affiliate link and you then get paid the commission.
the trouble is that so many people are doing it and the competition is high. you can make money from it, but it takes time and money tweaking ads, keywords etc
you can also do it with clickbank products, which again, is quite saturated.0 -

Well that's what I initially thought because of the adwords part but the ad said you make money even if the person doesn't commit to a product or service so it's some sort of pay per click (or per lead) scheme that can be run through adwords? I've never heard of it beforeMinds are like parachutes - they only function when open.

You have to be very careful with using Google adwords and pay-per-click advertising in general. I got into a bit of trouble a couple of years ago using a "system" like this.
Making 5k per month turnover can be done, but you could spend 4.5k on advertising giving you a profit of £500. Not much if you think about all the hassel of finding keywords, etc.
In my opinion, this type of system is over saturated and can cause more problems than what it's worth.Peter Gauge :j0 -
I've been following this scam for the past couple of weeks. It's not just one website, it's dozens. Many offer the exact same photos of a check from Google. Many of the exact same (phony) comments on the page are reused over and over on their other similar websites. Many have the same layout. Many of comments even predate the site's creation date (found out with a simple whois search).
There are three variations, all obviously done by the same people: "Make $5000 a month on Google," "Government Grants," and "Lose 25 pounds" (with Acai Berries). They are heavily advertised. Many of the url's have similar names - bradsmoney.com, bethsmoney.com, nichollesweightloss.com, etc.
Besides the fact that it's an obvious scam, the small fee they charge you isn't the real problem. I have heard from others who fell for this that their credit cards were charged much larger recurring sums (as if they unknowingly signed up for something), and canceling this charge was apparently difficult.
I'm adding new url's to my scam alert almost daily, and most of these sites are carbon copies of each other. I have a list on my website with additional information.0 -
The biggest money spinner on the internet is selling Informational Ebooks.
From the minute that you see an advert saying 'Get rick quick - buy this ebook to show you how', you know it's not all it seems to be.
My dad gave me 'The Rich Jerk' ebook, and he basically says that you can make a killing selling ebooks giving information on how to make a fortune on the net. The information won't work, but the secret is in the fact that no-one ever asks for a refund of a few quid.
I thought I would give it a go but then thought that not many people would be interested in buying these ebooks. You have proved me wrong, so i might crack on writing my new ebook. 'How to make a living on survey sites and google'. Catchy, eh?I'll have some cheese please, bob.0 -
Yes, You cannot go wrong selling info books or e books. According to the Rich Jerk, 'the suckers keep coming back to buy'. Basically people buy an ebook to lose weight and dieting, but never read it and they are back next year looking for another ebook.
Any 'How do i' ebook would sell. People need info and ebooks are a good source as they are easy to download. I know people who made a fortune selling all kinds of ebook on ebay until ebay stopped digital download which slowed down the process. I am currently writing my first ebook which should be available soon. It is titled 'HOW DO I MAKE MY BABY SLEEP'0
