    What's going on?

Is it, I wonder, because everyone has already seen it on HDUK?

Yes it is a price match; but its something you have to do a little work for i.e. make a phone call. Well you can "Lead a horse to water" as they say.

or you can buy it from play if you prefer to pay more

    Good Luck

Question is, who did you price match JL with? ;):D

Understand you need to work it, agreed... But, you need to play the game.. Especially with John Lewis....

Yesterday I phoned JL Trafford (Telephone number in my first post); ready to do battle and speak to the undersales team; however when I spoke to the sales girl on the above number; they already have discounted the price to £799 on their system as they have already done the price check with Selfridges.

Job done TV due on 14-1-09 Ill let you know what its like but its got to be better than pixel/blurry vision, and the warranty is worth alot too.

Hope you don't miss out; cracking deal.
