Right, thats the 12+2+30 days up.

Is there a letter i can send to bcw to tell them to get stuffed. I have not heard a word from them since the last post i typed (19 days ago).

Or should i just leave it as it is and do nothing??

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

Do you have proof you sent the letter, and they've received it?

Oh, btw, they no longer have +30 days, it's now 12+2.

You need do nothing more then until you hear from them, don't waste your time on postage or writing at this stage, they have your legal request, the onus is on them now.

  • Thought I would just post on here rather than starting another thread........................

I did this, then after the first 12 days I received a letter stating:

"Your account balance is £0. We no longer have interest in this account, this account is closed"

I assumed this is good for now, but to me it looks like they will move this "debt" onto another company? Should I just wait and see what happens next?

Many thanks to any who help

If anyone else contacts you send them the a/c in dispute together with a copy of that letter.

Scan the agreement and post it to make sure it is enforceable. Sorry it came through.
