I bought a top from next online just before xmas for £30. Was gutted it was reduced online and in store to £15 but I wasnt quick enough. Can I take it back to the shop today for a refund back onto my Next account and re-buy it in the shop. I know this is abit cheecky but I need to cut back. Also im over the 10 day refund policy thing...are they strictly 10 days ?? as the top was ordered on 15th December.
Whether we win or lose,
that we played at all was a winning decision.
2011 wins £12,292
2012 wins ...
Thank you to all who post on here!!!! :A

If you are over the 10 day period you will not get a refund, but you may qualify for store credit which is just as good, but don't bet on it.We have removed your signature - please contact the forum team if you are not sure why - Forum Team0

I often return things to Next that I've ordered online that is over the 10 day period, and never had any problems. When I order lots in the sale, they'll often send for example the jacket but not the trousers of a suit, so I can't decide whether to keep it or not until the other half comes - which can be a long time after. Also sometimes order things in multiple sizes and want to wait to get both sizes in order to pick the best fit.
I do always try and return as soon as is possible, but to be honest it is often a couple of weeks (and in the case of waiting for whole suits to arrive, even up to around a month) and they've always refunded, no problems.0 -
i'm not sure they'd let you re-buy it though? It wouldnt have been 'processed' (did anyone see the My Family Christmas special). You'd probably get a refund though, it could have been a for a gift.0
