off topic hospital issue

I was sat in Dr's waiting area while one of the receptionists rang a woman(we all heard her name) about having to do another smear with 'the cream' already in use and after she finished the call, one asked the other which cream it was and said 'vaginal dryness' I belive that this is not acceptable but the other situation is quite obviously human error-and something that all of us make!(when I got in to see my dr I told him)

I would give them a quick call, to make sure your not missing anything and redirect as previously mentioned
